Georgia is the most-popular destination for Indian medical students in our network. Tbilisi alone hosts several WHO-listed universities with dedicated international-student infrastructure. The country is politically stable, EU-associated, and Western-aligned in healthcare practice.
To study MBBS in Georgia and later practise in India, an Indian student must hold a valid NEET qualification and an eligibility certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC); the foreign degree then qualifies you to sit the FMGE/NEXT screening test. We confirm your eligibility before recommending any university, so you never enrol on a programme that will not count back home.
Why Georgia
Largest established Indian student community of the three countries
English-medium throughout the 6-year MBBS programme
Modern teaching hospitals affiliated with the universities
Direct flights from Delhi and Mumbai
Relatively warm winters compared to Central Asia
