Georgia is the most-popular destination for Indian medical students in our network. Tbilisi alone hosts several WHO-listed universities with dedicated international-student infrastructure. The country is politically stable, EU-associated, and Western-aligned in healthcare practice.
To study MBBS in Georgia and later practise in India, an Indian student must hold a valid NEET qualification and an eligibility certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC); the foreign degree then qualifies you to sit the FMGE/NEXT screening test. We confirm your eligibility before recommending any university, so you never enrol on a programme that will not count back home.

Is MBBS in Georgia recognised by NMC for Indian students?
Georgia hosts several WHO-listed medical universities whose graduates are eligible to appear for the FMGE/NEXT screening test, provided the student meets the National Medical Commission's current criteria — a valid NEET score and an NMC eligibility certificate. We only place students at universities that meet these conditions.
