Fee Payment

Active Jadhav Edutech students and parents can sign in to the CRM to view their current installment schedule and payment history, and pay online. Every payment you make — whatever the mode — is recorded against your named installment and produces a numbered receipt, so at any point in your programme you can see exactly what has been paid, what remains, and when it is due.

How your fees are structured

Your fee plan is agreed in writing before you pay anything, and it is split into named installments rather than one opaque total — typically a registration fee payable in rupees at the start, and the programme fees that follow. Each installment has its own due date, and any discount agreed with your counsellor is recorded on the plan itself, not promised verbally. This is deliberate: when every rupee is attached to a named installment with a date, there is nothing to argue about later. If any figure on your schedule ever looks different from what you were told across the table, raise it immediately — the written plan is the reference, and we will reconcile it with you line by line.

Every payment generates a numbered PDF receipt, delivered to you over WhatsApp and email as soon as it is recorded, with the tax treatment shown on the receipt itself. Keep these — they are your permanent record, and the same numbered trail our own accounts run on. If an installment is coming due, we send a WhatsApp reminder to the student and parent so a date never catches a family by surprise. If you believe you have paid something and cannot see a receipt for it, contact your counsellor the same day.

The safety rules that protect your money

We have written elsewhere on this site about how families get cheated in the MBBS-abroad market, and the fee desk is where it happens. So the rules we hold ourselves to are the ones you should demand from anyone: pay only into the registered company account named on your fee plan — never into any individual's personal account, whatever the explanation; insist on a numbered receipt for every single payment, including small ones; and never pay any "urgent" amount announced by phone call or WhatsApp message alone. A genuine installment is always on your written schedule first. Anyone asking you to break these rules — even someone claiming to speak for us — should be reported to our office directly on 96075 57070 before you pay a rupee.

Fee payment — common questions

How do I pay my Jadhav Edutech fees online?

Sign in to the CRM using the "Login to CRM" button in the header, open your installment schedule, and pay via UPI, NEFT, or card. If you do not have CRM access yet, contact your counsellor and we will create your login.

Do I get a receipt for every payment?

Yes — every payment produces a numbered PDF receipt, sent to you over WhatsApp and email and downloadable from the CRM at any time. If a payment you made is not reflected with a receipt, contact your counsellor the same day.

Can I pay my fees in parts?

Fees are already structured as named installments with due dates, agreed in writing before you pay anything. Partial payments toward an installment are recorded against it, and your CRM schedule always shows the exact remaining balance.

Should I ever pay into a personal bank account?

No. Payments go only into the registered company account named on your written fee plan. A request to pay any individual's personal account — whatever the stated reason — is a red flag; call our office on 96075 57070 before paying anything.
